Scope and contact
These terms govern your use of the KATHENERA website, product enquiries and online orders. KATHENERA is a trading name of Kathenera Energy; contact us at [email protected]. They do not remove or limit consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
Orders, products and pricing
Product descriptions, technical specifications, availability, delivery timing and prices are presented as accurately as reasonably possible but may change before an order is accepted. Your order is an offer to buy; we confirm acceptance by the order confirmation or other clear acceptance notice. We may correct obvious pricing, availability or technical errors before acceptance, and will notify you if this affects your order. The checkout confirmation records the applicable price, taxes, delivery charges and payment method.
Delivery, withdrawal and returns
Delivery, installation and grid connection depend on the product, site conditions and applicable local rules. Consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal for eligible distance contracts; our Refund policy and Returns policy explain how to contact us and the practical return process. Statutory rights for faulty, non-conforming or unsafe goods are not affected. Custom-made, installed or otherwise legally excluded goods may be outside the withdrawal right only where the law permits.
Acceptable use, liability and governing law
Do not use the site unlawfully, interfere with its security or availability, or perform unauthorised automated extraction. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss caused by website use or delayed fulfilment; nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including mandatory consumer rights. Applicable mandatory consumer-protection law prevails. Any non-mandatory dispute is governed by the law and courts determined by the applicable contract and consumer-protection rules.
