Returns policy
This policy explains the practical return process after a valid withdrawal or when goods are faulty, non-conforming or incorrectly supplied.
Last updated: 2026-07-21
Sending goods back
After notifying us of a withdrawal, send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after that notice. You do not need our prior approval to exercise a statutory withdrawal right. Contact [email protected] with the order reference so we can provide the correct return instructions and avoid delays.
Handling and condition
You may inspect and handle goods as you would in a shop to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be responsible only for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for that purpose. Original packaging is helpful but is not, by itself, a condition for exercising a statutory withdrawal right.
Return costs and faulty goods
For a valid withdrawal, you bear the direct cost of returning goods where this was disclosed before purchase, unless we have agreed to bear it. For faulty, non-conforming or incorrectly supplied goods, contact us before sending anything back; statutory remedies, including the allocation of return costs, apply and are not limited by this policy.
