Controller and data we collect
Kathenera Energy (KATHENERA) is the controller for this website. You can contact us at [email protected]. We collect information you give us, including contact details, delivery and billing information, order, account, quotation and support messages. We also process limited technical and security information, such as request logs and device/browser data, where necessary to operate and protect the service.
Purposes and legal bases
We process personal data to take steps at your request and perform a contract (orders, payments, delivery, account and installation coordination); to meet legal obligations (for example tax, accounting and fraud prevention); and for our legitimate interests in secure operation, customer support and defending legal claims, where those interests are not overridden by your rights. We use optional analytics or marketing technologies only with your consent. We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
